NEW ARRIVALS

CATHY ROSE & MARY FISCHER SCULPTURES

CATHY ROSE’s creations are quiet, intriguing … and clever. She adorns her sculptures’ porcelain heads with a variety of objects she’s unearthed and then sets them atop of other found objects. For example, her “Relics” are on covered fishing buoys and one jauntily wears a doll’s shoe.

MARY FISCHER makes houses and boats of clay. These sturdy structures are lined in mason stain and some are painted like the orange stripped Fish House.

LUCY DIERKS

Lucy Dierks has been busy adding new birds like the Royal Terns to her aviary of Birdware. She’s also created different vessels for perching - the square vase with the little owl, for one. As Dierks says about for porcelain flock, “my birds are wise and watchful … they look you in the eye.”
