Watson MacRae Gallery on Sanibel Island has joined Artsy, the premier online resource for art enthusiasts to learn about and purchase artwork from leading galleries around the world.
“I am pleased to have been selected as a gallery partner with Artsy,” said owner Maureen Watson. “This provides an exciting opportunity to bring our unique art program and accomplished artists to a wider audience.”
The Watson MacRae Gallery on Artsy launched mid-June with three selected artists – painter Hollis Jeffcoat, sculptor Kirsten Stingle and ceramist Sheryl Zacharia – but expect the collection to grow. Watson's plan is to add new work and artists bi-weekly to the site.
